Terms of Service.

The rules for using this website — and what they deliberately do not cover.

18 September 2026 English & French

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.aarvish.ca, operated by Aarvish Global LTD ("Aarvish", "we", "us") of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. The supply of equipment, installation, servicing and any other commercial work is governed by the separate written agreement, quotation or purchase order for that project — not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed project agreement prevails.

2. Using the site

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own information and for evaluating whether to work with us. You may not:

  • copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems;
  • interfere with the site's operation, security or availability;
  • use automated tools to harvest data in a way that burdens the service;
  • use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Specifications, capacities, timelines and prices discussed before a signed agreement are indicative. A binding commitment arises only from a written agreement signed by both parties.

We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours. That is a service commitment, not a contractual warranty.

4. Technical information on this site

Performance figures on this site — output rates, recovery percentages, operating temperature and humidity ranges — describe our systems under stated or typical conditions. Real-world performance depends on climate, altitude, air quality, source water, power availability, duty cycle and maintenance. Figures on this site are for general guidance and are not a performance guarantee for your site. We will confirm expected performance for your specific conditions in writing before you commit.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, diagrams, video, design and code — belongs to Aarvish Global LTD or is used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright. The Aarvish name and logo are our marks and may not be used without written consent.

6. Third-party links and embedded content

This site links to and embeds third-party material, including video hosted by YouTube and libraries served from public content delivery networks. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update content, at any time without notice.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarvish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date above, is the one that applies.

13. Indemnity

If you use this site in breach of these terms — for example by attempting unauthorised access, misusing our content, or submitting unlawful material through the contact form — you agree to indemnify Aarvish Global LTD against any claim, loss or reasonable cost that results directly from that use. This does not apply to ordinary use of the site.

14. Limitation of liability

Section 8 sets out what we are and are not responsible for. In addition, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to CAD 100. This limit applies to the website only. It does not limit our obligations under a signed project agreement, which carries its own terms, and it does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in making this site available where it is caused by something outside our reasonable control — including power or network failure, hosting provider outage, cyber attack, severe weather, or action by a government authority.

16. General

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a term immediately, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, on notice posted to this page.

Survival. Sections 5 (intellectual property), 8 (liability), 13 (indemnity), 14 (limitation of liability) and 10 (governing law) survive your stopping use of the site.

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole of what governs your use of this website, and replace any earlier understanding about it. They do not replace or vary a signed project agreement.

Language. This site is published in English and French. The English version of these terms governs if the two are ever read differently, except where the law of your province requires the French version to prevail.
